Work-life balance and flexibility
Job security and retention
Career growth and salary hikes
I've heard they have hire and fire policy, and being in the current situation, job security is critical to me, so please could you help me make this decision and give me insights whether this policy continues?

Don't join, no time for explanations
When so many people echo the same view, one must take them seriously.
No project pipeline, no hike, promotions are rare and that too only give you 7 - 12% hike. Company's outlook is bad. For last 15+ years, head count has not gone past 25K.
Most projects are chaotic and run by people who have been with org for long and have not seen good implementation in a process oriented way. They treat new joiners as laborer.
They overpay at joining and hence people gets trapped.
Medical insurance is also worst.
W-l balance and Retention what's that🙃, Increment, not from the last 3 years, probably not gonna happen next year as well. Job security - have a bench to wait for the new project.
Gettting promotion and hike is like there is no way anyone could get that.

work for 1 year and then switch....
be on bench for 3 months and hone your skillsets as they ask u to resign
look for other opportunities if possible. i am leaving after joined 15 days back.
So how much notice period if you leave in such short time?
I almost joined Publicis last month. Thank god I didn't. 😅
