I‘m currently working as a Manager/PL for BCG Platinion in Europe. Got approached by a Partner in Bain‘s ET practice area for an experience hire. Had a couple of interviews and find it quite appealing. Does anyone have first hand insights on ET and their case work (pot. in comparison to BCG Platinion)? Hello all. My company just went through an acquisition and the company did some restructuring of job titles. When they did this we were all advised the company would be making sure our jobs pay aligned with the national average.
My issue with this is my job title went from a Technical Support Supervisor to a Customer Success Team Lead. I have voiced my concerns with management but have been advised job titles are semantics. In my eyes this is a demotion, and will affect how much my job is worth.

I’m transitioning into a role where I’ll be more hands on in production. Previously, the producers handled the budget, contracts etc. I haven’t done this in a long while so I hope I could get some answers here to be more prepared

This is a much smaller company so I imagine I’ll have to take on some of that eventually.
