I just did that same search (same budget) and ended up going over that budget quite a bit 😭 The under $1500 apts we’re all under 600 sq ft or studios.

1414 Texas had studios around that amount 1-2 years ago but they likely have increased. Going to be tough to find anywhere non sketchy for that amount.
