I'm new lateral joinee in cognizant having 6 yoe. I spent 2 months in bench and still haven't got project as many are facing. And what scared me is that few people who got projects sometime back getting released within few month. So Thought to switch the company. Now to give interview for outside company what reason should i tell since i have spent 2 months bench in cognizant as new lateral joiner? Or any suggestions

Is that correct?

I’m in-house at a small company (60 people), started right out of law school about 5 years ago. We had a legal team of 5 then. Everyone has left and we just hired a new GC. I went from $70k to $100k a little over a year ago. I am expecting an offer from a firm doing business law work but think this might be an opportunity to go to my current employer and ask for a significant raise, with new offer in hand. Please help!! Having an offer from Cts for 12 lpa(11.5 F) in Kolkata. Another offer from Credit Suisse Pune 13.6 Lpa F. I want to understand whether I will get a project as per my tech stack in CTS. I am in favour of CTS as it's in Kolkata(known place). My YOE - 3.6, Tech -Qlik, Sql. Have received offer from TCS and tentative DOJ I gave was 27 June 2022.
There are many people who can see doj in "offer and day 1" section in iBegin portal (even those who have doj in July).
But I cannot see..
Wat can I do in this situation..
