My reporting manager hasn't yet reached out to me regarding goal setting, not sure if that happens here. Does JPMorgan entertain counter offers ?
I have an offer of 18.5 lpa including bonus.
At the time of HR discussion, I was under the impression that this will be 18.5 fixed + bonus
I already have 19.5 fixed CTC offer from Emids and Indegene is ready to pay 23 lpa including joining Bonus.
I am keen to join JP morgan but I want to negotiate the offered CTC.
During HR discussion, HR said they'll not entertain any counter offers later on

Unless that 2 lpa is going to make or break I would advise Deloitte due to better advancement and exit opportunities. You could also alway try to get D to match

Yes you can join Cognizant. Cognizant has better WLB and relatively better chances to get onsite compared to Deloitte. Most importantly they need resources now so you can command good respect here.
I was in the same situation 10 months back, Deloitte was paying 1 lakh lesser than cts. I joined cts and never regretted my decision. Learning is good, project , team , wlb all have been really appreciative here. Ask Deloitte to match if they don't say clearly m not joining.
