After Appraisal, company haven't shared updated offer letter (with new salary), it's been 2+ months now.
If I start searching for new job, will that HR ask about recent offer letter? Or only salary slips are enough?

I have a regular MBA and work in big 4.( not even a top 100 MBA). Learn skills , prepare for interviews , sell yourself and your skills.
What kind of consulting?
How many YoE do you have? If you're early into your career, I'd recommend checking out alternative careers in tech/mgmt and seeing if any of those spaces spark your interest. Once you like a space different from your current job duties, look for a cert in that space. Work 2-3 years and see if you like it enough, THEN go for an MBA specializing in that.
3 YoE, been promoted once
Yes. You may want to talk with the programs career services to get an idea of where graduates are getting jobs. Companies recruiting at particular schools can vary based on a number of factors. Yes, you can always get a job anywhere, but this will give you a good idea what tier of employer is looking for these types of grads
You're facing an uphill battle.
I'm coming from a full-ride in a school ranked in the 40's and I broke into MBB, but I'm one of only 2 in the class, got very lucky and it took alot of sleepless nights. It's possible, but my 2 cents at the other side of the journey is that improving your GMAT, working with an application advisor etc to improve your attractiveness is easier and lower risk than making the climb
From your title, I’m assuming you’re at UBS? What do you do in back office? I would see if you can switch internally to an internal consulting role and use that experience to move to an external consulting firm.
She moved to the internal consulting team at UBS after getting her MBA? I don’t think an MBA is necessary for the internal consulting team (assuming this is GIC). If you search the bowls, it seems like they were desperate and reaching out to everyone and anyone at one point. Not sure if that’s the case now but I would definitely see if you can do internal mobility first (without the MBA)
Not without some serious effort.
Generally going to be difficult to break in
You can probably do better, honestly at that level you’re approaching diploma mills.
Also don’t forget different firms has subgroups. So when you say “consulting”, what do you mean? Management? Risk? Two very different things and one is much harder to get into generally. Which is where a high ranked program will give you more opportunity.
Do you need the MBA, especially if it doesn’t have to be MBB?
