I've been offered SEK 42,000 per month with a variable bonus of SEK 2,000-4,000 depending on project involvement for a position in Sweden. I have 5 years of experience in automotive software engineering (C, Embedded C), and I'm currently based in India with a CTC of 11.5 LPA.

Is this offer competitive? Any tips on negotiation or relocating from India?
