What kind of work culture, work load and tech stack exposure should I be expecting?
I'm having 1 year experience.
I've also got offers from IndiaMART InterMESH Limited, Amdocs, Verizon and Collegedunia.
All for the role of front-end web developer.

Why TCS is so rude and self proclaimed kinda. I declined TCS offer last year as they were giving very less CTC. Now I got interviewed again with TCS and cleared all the rounds but they are not reactivating my ibegin portal for document upload since I rejected them last year...in this way u think they will never ever reactivate my profile.

I wanted a suggestion from you all guys, I have given interview of PS and got a call for offer after interview and I denied the offer as I have received an offer from some other company, I denied coz I was not doing offer shopping or piling offers, he tried to convince me and when I didn't get convinced he said to blacklist me from PS. What to do?

All things said here and different opinions later, here's mine after working for six years in PS - Go for it! Every org has its pros and cons. Even those top product companies aren't safe. I'm sure a professional of your stature understands that being a good performer makes all the difference in any org. So, if you feel that you can make your presence felt, go for it. PS is a decent org.
Yes, but the only issue is the projects, there is a bit uncertainty that after how long I get a project, as they have internal and client interviews rounds which are moderate to sometimes difficult based on client. I have experience this in Epam. Nowadays clients are reluctant while onboarding contractors they look for less billing cost and good matching skill set. That’s make it more risky.

I completely understand your point this happens with every organisation, employees who are there PS since past 3-5years are not even getting decent hike. But they are hiring new folks at high salaries. If my ctc was under 25 they would have consider me under 30lpa. So it all depends what are current and expected.
What position is PS offering and whats your total work ex
Here at PS, they nominate you to the project(s) immediately after induction. Few have client discussions and few don't. If you have cleared the interview process already, that's a feat in itself because of the skill complexity PS warrants. So, i don't think you should doubt your skills. By the way, did HR tell you about the portfolio you have been offered for?
