Off topic: I am stuck in a service based company for last 4 years in a shitty project. The work I do can be done by a 12th grader. Now i want to move out by learning something new & changing my domain. But the thing is I am not able to study because I am stuck in a comfort zone and learning new thing gives me bad anxiety. It feels like I will never learn & be forever stuck here. Pls help on how to come out of comfort zone, learn things and apply for the job. Tata Consultancy Infosys Wipro

Yes, i worked in Vois for almost 7 years and I have seen multiple cases where people who were on contract later on got hired for a permanent position... So it's definitely do able option. But beware, too much cost cutting happening in VoIS currently, so if you're getting a good hike whole joining then join the company but won't suggest to stay long term over here.
Really appreciate the insights, it's for BRM function at VOIS so what's tentative months it still takes for full time?
I was hired on contract as well. I have been working for 8 plus years at vois. You can ask your hiring manager about budget availability for your role. And if not current team what is the backup. Join without fear and give your best. Cheers
Thank you so much for these insights and boosting my confidence😅, so the role is under BRM function any idea of conversation % or timeline to full time?
