I’ve submitted my resignation and I’m currently serving a 60-day notice period. I have a few queries regarding the exit process:
1. How will I know if all department clearances are completed after asset/ID card submission on LWD?
2. Will salary be credited normally during the notice period?
3. Can sick leave (1–2 days) be taken?
4. Will the experience letter mention tech stacks/performance, or only designation and employment duration?
5. After LWD, whom should I contact in case of delays

Working as CAL Manager with Accenture S&C India. Offered ~GBP 76.5K (fixed plus flexi) at Manager Grade by Deloitte London.

Prior to Accenture, I have already served as S&O Manager with Deloitte India for ~1.5 yrs - so this would be my second stint with Deloitte as Manager "again".

2 questions:
1. Should I ask for Senior Mgr (AD) grade - to which they have already said NO
2. Is GBP 76.5K sitting at the lower end of M grade in Deloitte UK? What should be a good expectation for the role
