My doj is 21 oct but yesterday hr said I need to undergo one more interview. The status in the portal is offered. Can they revoke the offer after this stage also ? Also any idea how soon they will inform about the final decision? Any advice would be helpful.

How would you approach an interview process where the company sounds exciting but you feel confident the role would not be a growth opportunity for your skill set? Is there a good way to respectfully approach that topic with the interview team and find a role that might be more exciting for you? Or is it better to walk away?

Feel like I am potentially on the verge of developing tendonitis / carpal tunnel. So I have claimed exemptions on the following-
1) HRA
2) 5 year term deposit(fixed deposit) under Section 80C
3) Interest on education loan under Section 80E

I have also provided previous employment details.

Guys I didn't know that we have to submit declaration forms as well. Can you please tell me which are the declaration forms that I would need to fill and submit??
