Hi all, my husband has a bridging finance company in london. Due to the rapid growth of the company their current backer has reached his liquidity limit and they’re looking for options for a facility to be able to to service the new loans which are being offered to them. They currently pay their backer between 9 and 10% on his money. Can anyone make any suggestions of who they could speak to?
