My joining date in HCL is 29/04/2024 and my BGV is completed. I have requested for a extension of two days. However HR is not responding to my mails and calls. Moreover I didn't get any call or mail from onboarding team for my actual joining date which is next Monday. When will they send the onbaording details as my actual joining date is approaching in three days? I'm bit worried as I have already resigned and exit procedures are done in my current organization, last date is 30/04/2024.

I interviewed with capgemini for SAP ABAP role and my YOE is 4 years. Just 2 hours after my interview, I got a call from someone at Capgemini saying that I am selected.
They just asked my notice period and current location.I asked them, what is the next round going to be and they said that it is going to be salary discussion. But till now, no one has reached out to me.
Does it mean they got another candidate for same job?
If they get back to me, how much should I ask?

Any opening for a Business Analyst with 5 YOE?

As I'm moving to a new role in a small company, I have a doubt about my salary structure like the Basic salary part is only 20,000 while my take home is 62k after all deductions.

I'm concerned because the leave encashment & other things totally depends on the basic salary.

Are there not any rules for the Basic salary to be at a certain % of CTC or it depends totally on the company?

Also PF deductions they are offering only 1800 p.m but considering 20000 basic it should be 12% of 20000 right?

I got offer from HCL for the position of Lead consultant with(23.49 fixed + 3.51 variable). I have 8 yrs of experience. I want to know if this position is same as Team/Tech Lead ? As in my current organization I am working as Team Lead. And also how is job security and work life balance in HCL?

I have cleared all the technical rounds in HCL and now HR mailed me that they will call for further process.

My LWD is 2nd sep , could anyone please let me know if HCL would be able to close the process by then .
