Yeah, I was really on the edge with anxiety like a week ago; was able to convince myself to stop the anxiety part, but that resulted in detachment lmfao. I can’t win...
I started reconnecting with friends via Houseparty. I have noticed that even a 5m chat helps. Talking to my parents has been pretty great as well, although i do have a number of ongoing issues with them
Cleaning the house makes me feel great, so I do make sure I keep things tidy and clean around me. Cooking falls in this category as well - a nice home cooked meal, always manages to lift up my spirits!
Lots of board games and computer games (as an escape). I try to avoid long sessions of gaming/ watching stuff though as it does make me feel like i have wasted time.
Write a life purpose statement and make goals out of it. It will help you re-focus, and start planning how to achieve your goals.
