My wife has a H1B approved but isn't getting any slots for stamping in India. Can she apply for an emergency appointment in any of the consulates (irrespective of her current location)?

Will applying for and getting a L1 from same firm supersede her H1B? Asking because we see interview slots available for L1 visas.

Any guidance is helpful. She works with Deloitte.

Hi All, how much time it takes to genrate offer letter after 2 round of interviews at Crisil.

So had my first interview in one of the big 4 but it got me completely off guard. First one was call screening and then a technical interview. Now what I didn’t expect is rather than technicalities they focused on the consulting a lot more. Now the role that was marketed was technical/Architect and they even said that in current capacity you’ll work here as a technical person. I don’t think it went well. Coming from a technical background I was hoping for coding .
Is it always like this?

Hi all, my H1B got approved today and I am waiting on the actual physical notice. In parallel I have a L2 EAD extension request in process. My H1B is valid from oct 1 only. Can I withdraw my L2 tomorrow? Is it okie if I am out of status for nine days? I am worried that the L2 will get approved. If it does get approved, what do I do?
