I am having total around 8 yrs of experience and relevant experience of around 6 yrs in sap fico S4 Hana and also certified in S4 Hana and also part qualified chartered accountant pursuing final level of chartered accountancy ACCA UK and also trained in rat and cfin.
I am currently working with EY GDS and going to get promoted to senior consultant 1 from staff 4 with diffentiating rating . Currently I am getting 12.5 fixed. I am getting offers from pwc

Anyone leave before their bonus (before knowing what the amount was) and then regret it when it turned out to be a huge bonus? Got a great offer that I want to take but feeling FOMO by leaving the bonus on the table.

And yes, I tried moving the start date and asking them to cover the lost bonus but they said no and it’s still a better offer and it would be irresponsible not to take it.

My old employer asked me if I wanted to come back to the company as a manager. The pay will likely be much better and the position holds more responsibility than I’ve had before, so overall it would be a step up. The issue is I left the company because of an abusive manager who constantly put me down and made me feel like I wasn’t doing anything right. If I come back I’d be working under her again. I recently joined a new company with a 10.1LPA a month back.
Just two weeks back, my M.Tech. degree is completed.

I have a question. I am a GDS employee wishing to relocate to another country as EY country “x” employee. The plan to relocate to country x was already in motion, if not EY then another org. The EY partner from country x is very interested in having me join their team but not sure about my GDS partner because they will be losing billing and may not like it. Is there a way I can approach this with my leaders? Any advice is greatly appreciated.
