Need some suggestions. I and my wife are starting the IVF process and we received a quote of 10k for a full IVF cycle from the fertility clinic. They also confirmed that the entire 10k is covered by the 50k plan which EY supports. So I want know should we still pay out of pockets for the medications or use the rest of the 50k plan for medication? Any suggestion is helpful. Also how much does it costs for medication out of pocket ?

Why are town Hall meetings so impersonal? They are all about awards / the number of people hired. I know FCB health is large, but we never hear from people who aren’t Executives. Last town hall, when discussing inclusion efforts, there were no people of color represented and one of the 4 pillars of diversity was centered around our “reputation as an organization” (that really rubbed me the wrong way). At my last agency those conversations were always led by people of color from every level.

Been with my current company 5 years now. I run my own team but have a micromanaging boss who likes to create chaos for me. Is the EY 16 week maternity pay 100% of the salary ? I was reading the FAQs and could not find anything that said 100 % of pag provided in the 16 weeks of eligible time off.

I have BCBS and have been having a hard time getting everything approved and set up. This process was much smoother when I went through it the first time in 2018. Anyone else’s having these issues? Is Win Fertility still the place that handles it?

I have been finding a number of providers that are in-network (UHC) but the surgery centers are out of network and I was told that I have to use in-network. Has anyone else encountered this problem? I'm not seeing how much use the benefit is when the most expensive part is out of network.

I am wanting to start the adoption process. I reached out to pathways to parenthood for information first from my personal email. I got a response within 30 min asking me to email them back from my work email. I did so and it has now been 3 days with no response. Is there any other way of contacting them?

Whats the process of enrolling in this? Anyone did it recently?
