Hi All, Need your insights. I had given them a range of 130-150 as my base salary ( my mistake, I should have kept it as 145 because that was my expectation) and they offered me 135 . With 25K prorated bonus paid out next June 2024. What should I do? Is it okay for me to go back with 145 base considering I am not getting any signing bonus ? Is asking 10K more than their offer a lot?
