Is that okay to switch to Support role from Devlopment in Mainframe in BOA ?

Is that possible to switch roles(Support to dev if joined now) in BOA easily ?
Will my Manager allows to switch rols after a year ?

Please note I wish to work in Development roles.

I got an offer of 10.4 LPA (fixed) + 70K joining bonus from Amdocs, later received an offer of 13 LPA (fixed) + 1L joining bonus from another organisation. But I'm willing to join Amdocs.
Does Amdocs considers counter offer to renegotiate the offer amount?

Working in a large health system as a quality professional WFH. I rarely see anyone else on my team, and when I do present findings I see no changes happening. Maybe they’re happening and I just don’t have a role in that oversight but the motivation to keep going is whittling down to nothing. I’ve been in healthcare for years but graduated with a masters in last two years and was hoping for something different. I have been applying to so many jobs and not many calls back. Any advice ?
