Sorry to hear this.
Ideally we should never initiate resignation without offer letter delivered.
In your situation, now be patient and try to reach out to recruiting HR - just one call or email. Don't do over try - they might sense your desperation and take advantage of it.
Now you are already on notice period, update your profile on naukri and search other options rigorously. For now don't keep any location constraints, check for openings in Hyderabad, Banglore, Gurgaon. Atleast this year, no one is going to ask you to come office so apply for opening at any location. People on notice period get much more better offer compare to original offer based on which we resign. Don't panic, be calm.
Also don't try to cut short notice period. Even though your manager is ready to relieve early, let him know that you intend to serve full notice period.
In the worst case if you don't get any offer qt the end of notice period, pull back paper. Don't think much about future.
Be calm, i am sure you will land much more better offer.
Cheers and best of luck ☺️

Hi Everyone,
Just thought giving you all the update:
TODAY I RECEIVED MY OFFER LETTER...but ur replies did boost my morale...
Thank you all...
Happy Weekends 🥳
Why did you resign before getting the offer?
Also, I have worked in TCS and they did try to retain me.. so in case they initiate any discussion .. accept that .. they may or may not ask for the offer.. but it will be good for you if they start the discussion as this will give you sometime..

Update your resume with last working day mentioned in that.
I am sure you can crack many other interviews if you can crack one.
Also as soon as you reach last month of notice, companies interest is increased multifold, bcos every one wants early joiners. All the best.
And never resign till you get the offer or if you are too desparate to leave like i did 🤫
Exactly
Next time don’t resign before getting the offer 😉 👍🏻👍🏻
Yes man... it's once in a lifetime lesson😁
Don't worry Buddy you have 3 months look out for other companies.
In worst case if you don't get offers from other companies in 3 months (very rare case) you can always cancel your resignation even on last day of notice period in tcs.
