CG initially confirmed that they would consider a 60-day notice period, and my current employer also agreed to an early release within 60 days. Based on this, I went through four interview rounds: a telephonic round, L1, an iMocha test, and L2. After selection, I was asked to upload documents on the portal. Now I am being told to join by 15th February, and asked to send them email to confirm that i m agreeing with the 15th Feb doj or else they are not going to push ofr letter. Wht to do?

I've gotten feedback that I'm too honest in my interviews, is that really a con for future employers? 🫤 How do I refrain from doing that anymore?

I have 7 plus experience in c++. I am trying new job within Chennai location but I am getting 1 or 2 interview calls for a month. I know c++ is old language and openings are very less and competitor people also less.
Shall learn new courses like AWS... its totally different from my experience I am not sure it will help to my career.

What’s the best way to turn down a 2nd interview? During the 1st interview, I learned that the compensation for the role is not within the range that I am looking for and requires 400 more billable hours a year than what I bill now. I’d basically be laterally for my current salary just to bill 400 more hours. I also wasn’t aware that the local office was strictly ID. Firm website advertises lots of practice areas. Any advice? Last week I had an interview with Infosys, it didn't go well as per my expectations but i was able to answer most of the questions asked by the panel and they said I will get the feedback from HR team but it's been more than one week and I didn't get any update on this. Once you get into a FAANG company, is it better to stay where you are or move around? I’m a dissatisfied with my current job but I have vesting stocks, work 9-5, and people to know and respect me. I am the sole provider for my family and value quality of life and stability. I have some interview requests from other FAANG companies that I know pay more but I worry about starting over. The same thing happened for me in 2018, Initially I gave Interview for infy got offer from them after that I joined in TCS.
