Hi, any idea how the night shift model works in Broadridge (6pm-3am)? Is it generally extended to early morning hours? Basically wanted to understand, can one log off at 3 & cover the remaining work by logging in early the next day, that much flexibility is there? I know it all depends on the project & manager, but just wanted to have a general sense check on this one.
