Is it a red flag if, after almost two years in a full quota carrying and selling role I want to take a lower role at another company in order to break into a field (tech sales) I want to work in? It’s better pay - closer to home and at a company with a better reputation?

For people who are AWS SAA certified, what is a good reading resource (book) that I can rely on, instead of on online course like Udemy. I somehow feel good only after reading some material than listening to the classes. Has anyone passed the exam just by reading and practicing, without watching any videos?

What sorts of SQL questions are typically asked in interview questions for senior data analysis jobs? Like is knowing SQL from freecodecamp enough or should I look into taking a course online?

I’ve unfortunately not gotten the chance to use SQL in my current position so I don’t feel like I have enough experience in it, but have experience in everything else (Python, tableau, storytelling, etc)

Got an offer at a great company. Ive done this job before but moved away from it because it burnt me out because of the people and it scarred me. I have found out i have ptsd from it and am scared to start the new one. Been working on ptsd thru therapy. I know its a great firm and a great opportunity but my ptsd is bad. I’ve also been actively working with executive coach who has 20yrs PE experience to pivot to PE(ops excluded).However, she’s been saying only way to get there is to start from scratch at mid-tier IB & then transfer.Anyone who had luck pivoting to PE without all of that? ZS 🐠 - I have 3 YOE in LS consulting, currently a C and was up for SC this year but promos were rejected across my entire group. Looking at some roles at ZS and curious what level would be reasonable for me to “lateral” to given I’m performing as an SC but my job title is still C 😒. Thoughts on transitioning from PA to Law? Before PA my plan was always to get my JD. Things changed and I somehow ended up in audit (not tax). Very unsatisfied with PA, and accounting in general, so I've been thinking of going back and getting my JD.

I have been selected as Cloud Support Engineer in Amazon and is being offered 20lpa fixed and 5lpa sign on bonus for first year and 4lpa sign on bonus for second year. And I am being offered 20lpa in Amazon stocks spread over 4 years. My YOE=5 years and I am from DevOps background. When the salary discussion happened I didn't negotiate at all.
