I got offer from PWC India with 25 lpa ctc and 2 L joining bonus as managerial role in data analytics domainI am currently serving notice period. My CTC in cts got revised to 21.6 lpa and I got another offer from hcl with 30.5 lpa as manager role. It includes 5.5L as vp. I am bit confused now. My intention is to go with pwc India because of its brand value.But I could see lot of conversation mentioning wlb is bad in pwc.pls suggest

Hello guys, I am a ML Engineer by profession and have recently heard about the AI Centre of Excellence at TCS.

I've that the COE team is supposed to guide TCS employees on client end. However, I've also heard that as they do not generate any profits, TCS moves them to client side as soon as possible.

Could anyone please share some insights about work at the AI COE at TCS? How's the team and how's overall growth in terms of skills and payscale? Are there any drawbacks of joining AI COE?

Hello, I am in USI GES tax at DUSI. I love my job but not my team and mgmt anymore. I'm a performer and I'm dumped with work of 2 ppl while others are searching for work. I am burned out.

I resigned and accepted a job with EY GDS with a huge pay bump that DUSI can't match but I also gave up my potential promotion for 2023.

I've been feeling bad about putting my papers down and letting go off my promotion but I am really tired. I took up this job as an escape.
