Hi folks, how is thoughtworks as an organisation?
Asking because I don't know much about it and have received recruiter's call today. Currently I am working in Deloitte. How is thoughtworks hikes, wlb, does it provide any benefits apart from fixed pay? My research gives me a mixed review: some say it's good, some say that thoughtworks is not stable enough like big 4 or other organisations. Pls help Thoughtworks Deloitte

Increment in recent years has been 7-11% at TWs,
Growth has been slow, moved from public to a private company now,
Job, wlb etc etc is dependent on the project you join,
Likewise work from office or hybrid depends on project

It’s quite good. Increments are not good but once business picks up they will give good increments. So don’t count on it for couple of years.

For me it was good as I was remote employee but that costed me no hike 5 % for 2 years and this time they postponed it and I had to shift to pune as my wife is also working and J recently got married but wlb was good in epam
TW has good rating of 4.1 on GD

There is no variable pay at TWs and 20L for 4+ is good offer here. Wlb depends on project. Any non Indian project is good but comes with extended time for the calls...overall better than any service company
