I am expecting to get a software engineer offer from Nielsen Media soon. I wanted to know the bowl’s thoughts on job security at Nielsen, since they are expanding and hiring a lot in India. I have heard regarding recent layoffs.

Have technology departments been affected by layoffs in the recent past in India? How is the work life balance?

Will appreciate any thoughts.

2. Adobe: Fixed 23 + 2.5 lakh variable + 3 lakh joining bonus: Role: Value Consultant

/160k OTE role out of Plano TX

I’m intrigued but I want to know 2 things:
1. Culture/WLB - how is it?
2. Realistic market opportunity/opportunity to crush quota (obv dependent on many things)
