Trying to find the average salary and progression for a Director in Pharmaceutical Medical Affairs

Need advice: I just joined a pharma company <1 year ago with a promotion likely in 1 yr. I’m in a commercial role at the TA level, making 250k. However, I just got an offer to join a different company’s medical affairs team, with >400k TC. Is the career trajectory of commercial worth making less money?

My Last CTC is 6.5
There budget was upto 10 when i asked but feels like they playing me for my desperation to start working.

And I am expecting an offer from a bigger company and the joining's in the month of Feb.

Weekly Hot take. Accessibility=/= easy mode. I know it would take alot more time and resources to develop but more games sould come with accessibility features like color blind mode and maybe a bullet time for jumps. I have recovered from Corona Virus. Its 6 weeks now and I can tell you that the after effects are real. I have anxiety that I will never get over the fatigue, brain fog, inability to form sentences and words and headaches which make my work days very difficult to get thru.

CTS : No clarity as of now, only thing I am aware is that I’m a part of full stack community.
HCL : Some clarity on the project but less package than other two.
R-Systems and CTS are giving same CTC.
