I have got a offer of 22 lpa fixed from IBM in ban 07B.yoe 10 years.current ctc ~ 10.5 lpa.

I am a SC in Deloitte with 12 years of work ex. Amazon recruiter has reached out to me for a Sr. TPM role. I have already cleared HM round. My doubt is as I have heard work culture in Amazon is crazy. Would it be better for me to go for a TPM role instead of Sr. TPM. Not sure how the responsibilities differ between the two roles

One of my frustrations with myself (writing it out here so I can work on it) is that I will print out something that I need, such as a traffic collision report. I will read it without actually reading it. This results in spending time without actually retaining info. Does this happen to anyone else? I’ve found that I can actually focus when I truly force myself, but often this happens after I’ve discovered an error or an important piece of information that I should have noticed earlier.

Hi, I had finished my technical and managerial round on May 25th and 26th with PWC. The manager did mention that there would be another in-person round in the PWC Bangalore office. My DoJ in the new co. is next monday. As I got a much better offer, I was about to turn down the previous offer and today, I have received the laptop from the firm I am supposed to join next week. How can I politely reject the offer now? Is it even possible?

Actually, I gave Interview for BackEnd Developer @ Itilite. I was selected in the interview process (2 Tech DSA Based + HR) and got a mail stating that our interview panel is really impressed with your domain related expertise in order to proceed with offer negotiation please submit your documents. Now after 2-3 days of document submission, they came up by saying they cant move forward with my candidature.

I am still amazed how can they do this after asking my documents.

I have 5.5YOE, Got an offer for 25LPA CTC + RSU 10L vested over 5 years.
