Just initiated the conversation with Salesforce recruiter and other than some Industry focus for the Solution Architect - did not see much of a difference between the job descriptions for these 2 roles

This would be for L8/L9 level.

I recently started with Firm A (AM Top 200), and Firm B (AM Top 50) reached out for an interview. I racked up about $20k in credit card debt due to a confluence of things happening at once (move, school expenses , etc ). I have a fair amount of paper assets but not a much free cash. Now I am getting calls from EY GDS for interviews.

I am not sure if u should attend the interview or not at GDS.
When I shared this scenario with my EY IN HR, she said please don't attend it may create conflict and you may also get blacklisted.

EY GDS HR is like, you can attend the interview, there's no problem at all. We don't have such a policy. Please suggest what decision I should make.
