I recently gave interview in Hexaware on October 17th. They sent me the CAF form link to fill on the day of interview itself because I cleared all the rounds. I have filled that form and sent my documents for verification but I still haven't received the offer letter. I didn't resign from my current company because I want to resign after getting the offer letter only. Do they send the offer only if we resign and tell them the LWD? And how long does Hexaware takes to release the offer?
For those who have subscribed to the CaseCoach Interview Prep Course (either because you are interviewing with BCG and they provided access or because you subscribed to it yourself) - Do you know if the chart interpretation drills are unlimited? Or has anyone been through all of the charts and then the charts start to repeat themselves? Thanks!

Hi everyone! I’m interviewing at Capital One and would like to hear from people that work there about how the culture is, how they are doing with D&I. Thanks!
Hello! I have a third round interview that will be split in 2 parts: part 1 will be focused on collaboration and working styles, while part 2 will be focused on cross functional teamwork, problem definition, and solutions.
Anyone have an idea of what kind of questions I could expect? Could these be situational questions and/or mini case interviews?
I have an interview coming up for WSE for google cloud. Have anyone interviewed for similar roles? Google
I am currently in the interview process with Meta (Facebook) for enterprise support tech at the DC location. I was looking to ask for 90k, but I’m thinking of asking more. Does anyone know the ranges for this position? Any suggestions as to what I should push for?
Is it appropriate to email a hiring manager for an update? I emailed HR on Monday. I had an interview two weeks ago (the third interview) for a position I really want. I haven’t heard anything and I keep checking the status and I’m not rejected yet. I thought about emailing the director who I initially interviewed with today since I haven’t heard from HR.

After 6 weeks off work, I went back, today, to a company I used to work with years ago, today. Good job with Work/life balance.Make a consistent 100k+. I took the job because the industry I was coming from is very seasonal and hiring won't be in demand until spring next year. Later this afternoon, one of the companies I interviewed with called me back for 3rd interview. This job is riskier but 150k plus, which what I was used too. I ll probably get the job. Should i take it?

Has this happened to anyone? Where you go through the interview process - and they call you back saying you did great in the interview and that you'd be a great fit but the role has been filled. So they are going to pass you to other hiring managers and see if you'd be a good fit in the other teams? I'm so confused.
Hi fishes, I gave reactjs developer interview and got mailed that you have cleared prelims (TR, MR). How many more rounds can I expect? Oy HR round? Or any Mains round also/more technical round?

Early-Stage Startup Advice?
I’m in the concept stage of my startup. My concept is a D2C services offering that would appeal to a broad market - I’ve discussed with friends and family whom I trust about my idea, all of whom have given me highly encouraging feedback.
I know the early stages are critical and I don’t want to make a decision I’ll regret. Namely, I’m wondering if I should give up equity to find a co-founder with a valuable entrepreneur/investor network? Any feedback appreciated!

To Fishies with an admin: Does your admin have a copy of your electronic signature? Would you feel comfortable letting them affix your signature on documents with your documented email approval?
Am asking, for it seems the norm with other division heads in my company and I feel unsettled if I don't read what I am going to sign.
Has anyone started to witness impact of a slowdown (layoffs, expense policy, comp adj)? Just curious
Girlfriend was working in HR compliance with PWC but her contract expired. Anyone have opportunities in mind? Preferably would not have to relocate out of Florida but willing to do so if needed
Had a hard convo with my SO about how I am selling myself short in my career, and need advice. I am 22, recent grad with a B.A in Digital Comm, and have worked in marketing/tech already for 2 years to fund my degree. I am hitting 1 yr with my current company, and want off contract and WAY better pay, maybe even a pivot into health-tech or sales. But, I am also comfy where I am, and scared to make a new move all of a sudden. Has anyone taken a career leap this young before and succeeded?
Could anyone please point me to any useful threads regarding top tier branding agency costs?
Id like to know what top/mid/bottom tier agencies charge for visual identity development, brand guideline creation, and say 1-5 website page overviews.
Any ballpark costs/experience insight would be much appreciated.

Hey FB, have an offer on the table and they said it was “their best.” Went to put in my two weeks a few days ago and partners agreed to beat that offer. Should I go back to the other firm to counter?
People living in LCOL areas who bought a house in the last few years... What did you spend on your home, what are the bed/bath #s, and did you buy a fixer upper, turnkey home, or something in between?
Starting to home shop in a LCOL city and I'm super curious to see some numbers from others in similar types of locations. I'm originally from a bigger HCOL city so what feels "reasonable" to me is skewed, but everyone here seems to want to spend as little as possible on homes.
EXTREMELY helpful link without the fluff to get you up to basic speed with Excel...

so, how many firm laptops' worth of billable time would you say you waste in a given month dealing with delays caused by your firm laptop?
I am being head hunted more frequently. I am in the final stages for one position that seems like an amazing opportunity with a company that plans to go public this year and was just approached for another potential opportunity for a big company that went public last year. Ever feel like an opportunity is too good to be true or are these great opportunities really out there? I think I am just scared to take the leap of faith
What’s the typical timing of big law interviews? I know the market isn’t as hot as last year, but I’m starting to interview for lateral positions and wanted to get a sense of what is “normal” time to wait to hear back after an initial interview and what’s the general timeline from beginning to end of the process?
I would very much like a more time for leisure, but I don’t want to take a giant leap backwards in terms of where I am in my professional career, with 6 years of big law under my belt. I’m a litigator. Help me figure out my next move, fish friends?
Is it possible to move from an AM50 firm to AM 10/20 in corporate M&A / PE. I’m a third year and thinking of making a move in a year or so.
Need help from the Hivemind. I am a rising 4th year who has only been at my firm for a little over a year (after a few clerkships). I like my firm well enough, and the partners I work with like me a lot, but I’ve learned that Biglaw is not the life for me and want to get out ASAP. I’m applying to a Fed agency that I’m really excited about, but the application requires a reference from your current supervisor. I haven’t told the firm I’m thinking about leaving. How would you handle this?
Interesting article in American lawyer about returning to the office. Funny quotes…
“Another said they sensed a “shift in commitment at all levels in the firm.”
“In the past ‘life’ was organized around work with clients being the center of our focus. Now colleagues seem to think that work can be organized around life whether that is walking the dog, picking up from nursery or isolating because of upcoming holidays. The business of law and serving the clients has lost priority.”
Thoughts on Paul Hastings real estate group?
I don’t work THAT much (1800h/year is my target), my weeks are usually 10-11 h m-f.
However, I’m still feeling overwhelmed and close to burnout, and I’m quite ashamed of it when other associates hit close to 3000h.
It’s not the hours, it’s the extreme perfectionism and level of detail expected that makes me hyper stressed when working, all the office politics and working for partners responsible for more they can handle and need explaining like kids, but take all the $ at the end of the day 🙄
Three years and out plan -- how important is hitting hours? I'm definitely not trying to become partner and if I make it as far as year 6 something has gone terribly wrong. The bonuses are nice but I've been giving myself anxiety over whether I'm on track for a bonus every day and I think I need to chill about it.
For any litigators who have gone in-house in a transactional role, how do you feel about your decision? What do you miss and what are you glad you left behind?
Do you bill the same way when billing time for pro bono? If you read a non-substantive brief email would you bill .1? Feel weird doing that even though I do it for clients.
Should I use multiple recruiters when looking to lateral? Is there anything wrong with that?Outside of submitting applications to the same firm through multiple recruiters
How do I get my firm to send me like 20 AA batteries without causing a stir? I'm not busy so I have been playing a shitload of COD (absolutely blasting kids) during business hours. batteries ain't cheap
If you don’t have 8 hours of billable time a day, do you leave as is or do you fill in the gap with non-billable work? While I am in the office, I don’t always get the billable amount since I don’t have enough work. Seems like a waste of time to enter non-billable time just to fill in the gap but I also don’t want them to think I am not there and slacking off.
What’s the norm?
Incoming first-year litigation associate starting remotely next month. Any general tips and tricks you all have learned during this virtual period?
Also, if there are any 2009 law grads that had their start date delayed, any advice would be greatly appreciated.
My brain sort of feels like mush, and I know my legal writing and probably some other skills have declined. In other words, I feel less smart than I felt while in law school and am nervous about starting in Jan after a 5 month break.
