I had my first interview on December 17 with the hiring manager. After that, I didn’t hear anything. I followed up this week and received this reply:

“Thank you for your email. Once we have the decision from the business on who they are hiring, I will be in touch.”

I only had the first interview, so I’m a bit confused about what this means and whether I should still be hopeful.

How can I make $140K and above w/ 5 YOE in operations, program management, client delivery? Worked in NGO for 3 years then consulting for 2 years.

I graduated in May of 22. I transitioned from being an intern to being a full time counselor, now for 6 months. How would you go about asking a potential employer about working hour expectations, like being on-call or working 8+ hours a day? I don't mind working extra here and there, but if 50+ hours are required I plan on asking for more compensation. I plan on getting this in writing should I get an offer.

I have been in client facing wealth management as an advisor for 10 years. I haven’t built a book of business because I’ve worked for mostly discount brokers (Merrill edge, TDA, Etrade). I want to know how to transition to a non client facing role in wealth management or another financial role. I am series 7 and series 66 licensed. Any thoughts?
