but I did not get any 1st call or
Screening interview!
Ialso applied to some of the roles
using friend's referral. I have more
than 15 years in IT infrastructure
mainly in Storage systems (EMC,
Hitachi) What could be the problem?

Will be interviewed for EYs senior devops consultant role and wanted to know some suggestions on negotiating base pay at that level?

I just joined a brand as a marketing director and I’m coming in at the beginnings of a rebrand. The agency never provided a creative recommendation based on discovery for us to approve, they just started putting together messaging after holding a handful of interviews with our former leadership team. Having been on agency side this seems crazy to me, but I’m unsure how to approach feedback to the agency since I was on the media side, not creative. Any advice?

I’m a cci edit coder. I currently have the RHIA registered health information administrator. I been thinking of studying for CCS certified coding specialist exam. But none of the jobs I’m interested in require CCS. They want someone that is familiar with data using excel tableau etc I know these things but I have not worked in a role. I guess my question is should I past this CCS exam then focus on trying to get experience as a data analysts or forget about the CCS?

38 yo in Germany, wife & 2 kids (5 & 1), 1 kid with Autism. Should I be investing as much as possible or just enough to keep some cash floating around? I have all the insurances (life, health, disability, accident) and making about 105k+ EUR in Germany. I'm investing in Mutual Funds, private retirement fund, ETFs and Real state for the elderly (Pflegeimmobilien in German) and it's only 12% of my income. Should I be investing more or maybe diversify?

I am an hourly employee. Currently if there is a hospital call that needs to be done, someone will volunteer to do it for overtime. Now, my company wants to create a set call schedule. If we get a call at 5pm, when my shift ends, can I still be required to complete the call? I will be paid overtime but don’t like the fact they will force it upon us.
