I am on the 2nd step interview for climate risk consultant role, with a consultancy company specialized in risk, financial product and regulation advisory. They asked me to pick a physical risk topic relevant to Western EU and do a quantitative analysis, also leaving the decision for the time that I need. I have deep content knowledge but I am not that experienced in quant. analysis. Therefore I go a bit blank on the topic selection, could you please share your suggestions? Thanks!

I was interviewed for a perticular customer, which went well and also received an offer. Few days before of my joining date, i came to know that the technology stack from customer got changed and customer had no requirement for which i was hired. However parent company still hired me and now they're in process of allocating me in some other clients. Sometimes i feel insecure about this situation. How to cope up with such cases?

Was just told to "grow our ESG/CSR" practice at a regional consulting firm, due to my recent grad certification in sustainable biz strategy. Wondering where I should focus us as a services industry for big impact: we have a large product innovation, digital engineering area, and know in the past we've had a lot of lip service to clients and only recorded ESG for their compliance.

Hoping to make a big difference and include CSR/Sust audits and projects beyond for our clients! Any tips?
