I have also cleared the TCS Interview The salary has also been discussed. They asked me to Upload the documents on IBegin portal i did the same last week but still did not get an offer latter. The Documents also verified on the portal@.

Can anyone suggest, how much time they take to release an offer.

At Mindtree, I had only 1 technical round and submitted google form then I had ctc discussion with HR and she said that she is sending for approval.
How long it takes to get ctc approved and also will there be managerial round as well?

I was interviewed for a perticular customer, which went well and also received an offer. Few days before of my joining date, i came to know that the technology stack from customer got changed and customer had no requirement for which i was hired. However parent company still hired me and now they're in process of allocating me in some other clients. Sometimes i feel insecure about this situation. How to cope up with such cases?

Tough time getting past final step: I’ve been trying to make a career shift for 10 months now and continue to get rejected at the last step. Im confident in the value I can provide and do well at presenting it. However, once it’s comes down to me and 1-2 other candidates, I repeatedly have been turned down for the person who has more relevant experience as they’re a safer bet for the employer. Would love advice from anyone who’s dealt with this before. It’s tough to get them to take a risk on me

My interview got over on June 29th right after the interview the recruiter called me and told I’m selected and they will be sending the offer letter. He mentioned there will be a delay in releasing the offer letter since merging is happening right now. few days back I sent a mail to HR.. but no reply. and after that I received a mail stating they are no longer considering me for this position. What does it mean if there’s a NEP at the firm who’s been there for a long time (20+ years), but never got promoted to EP? Never held leadership roles too. Does it usually mean EPs does not like the NEP enough to get promoted?

I am so tired of my sister and mom, and the pressure they apply on me to get married, 32 year old female and I have not met someone yet. Now after submission of all documents they are not giving proper response .. every time they call me and ask me some documents is missing and some time BG status not received.. i don't what to do ..no job now and even no offer from them.
