I got interviewed in Oracle Health for a technical writer position. The first round was a written test post that the first round of interview then the next day the manager called me saying that he was convinced with me and offered a 100 percent hike. I got confirmation from the recruiter that they will release an offer letter in 1 week. Third party background check is also initiated. But it's been 10 days since I haven't heard from them.
How should I consider this? Oracle

Taking my shot in tech sales. Consulting was great experience but enjoyed the relationship and BD aspect more and didn’t see myself climbing to partner. Starting in a junior BD Rep role to learn prospecting and earn quota history. Took a big paycut for the potential future earnings as an Account Exec. Did I dun goof? Probably. But I’ll regret it forever if I didn’t take my chance now when I’m still single and young-ish.

I have received an offer as SD1 at Amazon Gurgaon. I have 1 yr and 6 months of experience. I did my BTech in computer science from 2016-20. I had some active backlogs as well. Due to covid, many exams were not conducted and as for the ones that did happen, the results are taking forever to come. Right now I have one backlog and the result is yet to be announced. I am positive I will pass. Will this affect my offer from Amazon during background check as I am yet to receive degree?

Any idea how much increment and bonus one can expect this year in KGS? And how much it will be if I had joined in march.

Recent lateral junior associate in brand new practice where I'm the only associate.
