I got promoted from Business Associate to Associate Consultant within Capability Hubs Department. My CCTC is 8.48 LPA fixed. How much hike and bonus I can expect with a rating 3 considering I got a promotion as well. They hired outside candidates at 12LPA for ACon while present ACons were sitting at 10.25 to 11 LPA. This is disheartening. Please reply and share some inputs. I have asked for a team change in FY24. Please help. TIA.

Is Operations paid the least at your respective firms? I was hired to a Client Service Delivery role with a heavy focus on project management. I regularly interface with leadership internally and at the client. But, I am aligned to the “Operations” capability and make the least of my teammates who perform seemingly identical work but are aligned to “Strategy and Consulting.” I worry I’m on a career path to being paid the least wherever I go, because Operations is in my title and background.

I cleared LTI all rounds and in HR discussion we came on mutual agreement for 16lpa .I have 7 years of experience and they gave me Specialist - Data Engineering(P3) role. And we agreed I will join with after 60 as I had to serve 60 days notice period. I was waiting for offer letter and when I received the offer letter I was shocked to see that CTC mentioned was 14LPA and joining date was only 15days from now ,which is way early.
