What skills must one build upon to pivot from Investment team at a PortCo of a mega fund (>$300 Bn), to investment team at a PE?

Would genuinely appreciate some advise as I start this new role at the PortCo from next month. TIA 🙏

Interested in working in PE, but experiences align more with the Ops side (3 YOE in strategic value creation). Is there a significant difference in total comp potential between ops and investments roles? Not sure how to make a case to break into investments with minimal DD experience, so thinking about Ops recruitment (Associate). Would also be grateful to learn about potential strategies non-DD focused consultants have used to ultimately break into investment teams.

Does anyone have success conceiving with low AMH? I am 30 yo and my AMH is 1.11, RE says it's low for my age.

Would you guys consider leaving for a role that offers a much higher base salary but no opportunities to advance? Got an offer that’s an 85% raise adjusted for cost of living. Hello Fishes, British petroleum Grade-7 in Digital functions or Wipro C1 Business Value Architect, fixed pay is almost same Wipro is paying 2 lacs more variable than BP.
