I have a good 6 years of experience in edtech sales wuth customer relationship,account management, cross selling,upsetting lead nurturing etc,I worked across the regions such as APAC, US, UK and domestic.

I have an MBA in marketing from Bangalore University. I am looking for a Career change. Something away from sales. More towards customer support and training.

Please help me understand how do I active the goal or what would be a better career change options
