How do I figure out spending with my SO? Initially I was paying for 90% of stuff (no actual bills, just going out). I talked to her and said we need to be more even. She was never proactive. She kind of got offended but we ended on a good note to split things. It went well for a couple weeks but now it's back to normal. She never takes out her card and only venmos me if I send her the request. She lets Venmos sit for weeks before paying them. I still let a lot of things slide.

With 13.5 Lpa currently i’m at 12 and made switch on march.
Though my current company is an mnc but not that big and no work pressure is there, amazing work life balance. I am due to join pwc IAC very soon. But while verifying my background, they tried calling my ex employer who didn't answer their calls or mails. It was a small firm with no specific HR department.
I forgot to take my relieving letter from him.
They have given me a partial go ahead to join contingent on the fact that i get the document from him.
I tried contacting him over calls and whatsapp but he didn't answer it as i didn't leave on good terms with him.
What is the way out? Please help
