I have a total of 2.4 years of experience in sap cpi as well as BTP my package is 4.10 lpa. I have 8 months of project experience in sap cpi and the remaining months I did my hands on myself and I have done multiple hands on through YouTube, udemy and via Google. I want to know that what's the future scope of sap cpi??? I am very interested in sap cpi. But I did not getting any opportunity to explore myself. In 2.4 yrs of experience it could be better salary???

Got an offer from talentica for around 11 lpa as a software developer.issue is they are giving 2 months to join whereas my notice period is 3 months.
Can someone guide me what to do?
Current ctc- 7.2 lpa
Total exp- 11 months

Does PWC India consider counter offer or drop the candidature if they cannot match the CTC?

When you’ve put in a lot of hard-work as a developer on a great project and received the best performance award but compensation has been same since Day 1…and have completed 2 years in the company. Furthermore no signs of compensation going up…Is it the best time to leave or stay? Additionally too many management changes have taken place that everything feels out of place.
