I have an interview with JPMorgan Chase this coming Friday. I’m a software developer with 7 years of experience, and I received an email today saying that the first round will be with a VP. What can I expect in this interview? Will it be a coding round, or something else? Any insights would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Is it wrong/bad to accept a job offer for a position which you have gone through the interview process for that requires 2 more years of experience than you currently have? It is for SC at B4. I just recently became C.

I have a friend who was let go a few months into his first job after college (reason: the manager felt like he wasn't grasping the training content to the level that was expected). He's worried about if he should put the experience on his resume anyway, if he does will recruiters ask why he had such a short time at this place, and what will recruiters think if he explains he was let go. My co-worker was hired in at manager level but somehow “proved” he was actually doing director level work and got a title promotion and salary increase in less than a year.
