I wanted honest feedback:
How difficult is it to get a project if someone ends up on bench?How is the culture and WLB specifically in GS projects?

comparing with EY INDIA( be working from amex office,) and Coforge (polard banknote client)
1. Publicis Sapient – 25 LPA fixed
2. EY – 21 LPA fixed + 4 LPA variable
3. Coforge –24LPA fixed 1 lakh variable

I am happy with my work life right now but need the hike. Also i am working as frontend developer (react.js) but my tech stack is MERN and i also have about 1year experience with springboot. In my current company my ctc will be revised on January,2023  as i am not completing 365 days before July 1(only missing for a couple of days). What should i do right now? What should be my ctc

Offer letter mentioned recovery of joining bonus if separation before 1 year. If i resign now ,my lwd is beyond 1year since I joined 10 months back. Which date will be considered here? Day of separation filing or actual lwd .
