I have been offered onsite to philippines recently . I have around 11 years of experience in data engineering . My current CTC hovers around 25 lpa . As I am working for a reletavely less pay , the only reason for staying in this company is for onsite . Do you think this is a wise decision to move to philippines now ?

Researching the job mkt & pay for nursing: It is so easy to set up a first interview esp. as a nurse. Set up a zoom meeting, in the zoom meeting ask abt job details and ask for the salary range. They will give it to you, and in my case it was the same range for both of the companies. (Hospice oncall nurse here👋). Then you fit in somewhere on that continuum based on education & experience—that where the negotiation comes in—they will make a case to place you as low as possible on the scale.
