I have salary discussion tomorrow with PWC for the role of Salesforce Tester(for the associate role) .How much salary Expectations should I ask to the HR?

My YOE is 2.8 , Current CTC 5 LPA.

Specialist roles aside, such as digital, when you see someone describing themselves as a “generalist marketer” is this a resume you’d pass on? I returned back from Germany this year and now my current fixed CTC in India is 25 LPA and my in hand salary after deduction was 1.4 LPM, I was not sure what to opt in the Tax regime and selected new tax regime. Can someone shed some light how can I increase my in hand salary and reduce the tax. Also can I change my tax regime while filing Tax returns?
