What would someone 2-3 years of experience be looking for in a role outside of consulting comp wise? Trying to price out a role to be competitive but not break the bank.

Any struggling paralegals here? Do you feel like your financial situation is affecting your productivity at work? I like the work I do but the pay really sucks. I feel like the fear of not being able to pay some bills on time is affecting my productivity. I’ve asked for a raise but that may not still cut it, and idk if that will go through or not.

How much does Infosys pay a Sr Consultant in Canada with 5 years of domain level experience? I believe it is ~$110k-$120k plus Bonus. Pls correct me if I'm wrong.
