what is your advise? is deloitte good? I have heard rumours that they exploit ppl here but all on project to project basis. need some insight and advise on this currently in TechM and leaving coz of less salary.

I'm leaning Bizops since it's more similar to consulting and may be a smoother transition, but what's the career path there, if you already enter at a Director level? Would Operations position me better for future roles and complement my consulting exp?

A friend of mine works with TCS as an Analyst, his base location is Bengaluru but he is been working from his hometown in Lucknow since the first COVID lockdown. Now he is being asked by his team to work from Ahmedabad, where his direct supervisor (manager) is working from. I was offered a pharma role. I’m a little nervous given the backlash on here about “once in pharma you’re always in pharma”. But the role is a promotion, double my salary, super kind people (ctd.)

I am an experienced hire. My case might just take you by surprise. I joined EY GDS 10 months back at 40% hike (leaving PwC) and now Deloitte (DIJV) is offering me 2 level up designation at Manager level with another 40% hike. This has effectively doubled my salary in the last one year bt still I am confused to switch or not considering the amazing bonuses GDS payed off today. Please suggest.
