Hi everyone, I want to ask for some advice and insights regarding a job offer I got today. So, I was contacted by mindmap consulting for a co tent writer/instructional designer role. The catch is, i would be on payroll of mindmap while working for PepsiCo. Having an experience at PepsiCo would look great on my resume but i'm not sure how things will be for me as a temp. /contractual employee.

Hi, been stuck in the contract analysis/review cycle. I have asked a few recruiters how to make a lateral move into in-house. They told me to focus on contract management, which I have been doing for the past year.
