I wanted to understand how the Footprints daycare benefit works when sponsored by the company.
If I choose a Footprints center near my home:
Is the benefit still applicable?
What components are covered by the company (admission fee, monthly fee, meals, daycare hours, etc.)?
What portion gets deducted from salary (and under which head – salary deduction, taxable perk, etc.)?
Are there any limits or caps on reimbursement?

I have submitted my resignation on Aug11th. I received a mail very next day from HR saying salary willbe put on hold for reliving month and immediate previous month will be put on hold as FNF dues.

Does anyone know if this is normal? I joined a vault 100 firm in September last year. The firm put me on tier 7. In January I had the associate review and everything was normal. After a couple of weeks, I got the call from the hiring partner telling my bonus and new salary (because of the firm-wide salary increase). I realized I still get paid as a 7 year associate.
