Hi everyone. I work for a mattress delivery company, in my 3rd year now. One of the biggest challenges we face is slow delivery time. Our customers expect delivery within 2 days, but we only manage to load 10 mattresses daily due to several factors. Keep in mind that trucks can hold 40-50 pieces by volume.

As the manager, I was tasked to propose a model that speeds up the delivery process. My boss has declined all my proposals and nitpicks everything. As I type, I'm on my third proposal. I am exhausted. It's becoming unbearable being shouted at with no solutions provided. Any pointers on how to approach this differently?
