How to evaluate an offer at startup? 190k total base bonus and equity (roughly 80k). Non-tech position, 2.5 years out of college. Should i ask for higher base?

Hey fishes. I have been offered Management Consultant role with CTC break up in terms of JB, RB, fixed and variable. So is the fixed amount my gross salary without any other deduction except TDS, or will the organisation contribution to PF be also deducted from the fixed component? Does anyone have advice about interviewing somewhere with bad Yelp/google reviews? Is it OK to ask about it in an interview? From interview perspective, I enjoyed lucidworks interview as the interviews taken by quality people compared to other two companies. But it is a startup.
